Tennis
Hello people,
Today I'm doing a post on the For-hand, Back-hand, and Serve in tennis. Let's start with the serve!
The serve, I think is the most important thing in tennis.
When you serve you throw the ball right over your head and you hit there too. When you hit it you want to hit it when your arm is fully extended. If you don't it will either go right into the net or go over the fence! So when you serve make sure to hit it when your arm is fully extended. Next you want to follow through!!! Following through makes it go right over the net and into he box with some spin on it. But you don't want to have your arm straight the whole time! You want to snap your wrist when your arm is fully extended! This will help the ball go in. If you don't do thin it will most likely go over the fence. When you serve you want to serve to the box that is opposite to you. So if you're on the right side (This is where you always start serving) Then you want to serve to the left side on the other side of the court.

Now let's do the for-hand!
The for-hand and back-hand are just as important.
For the for-hand you are only using one hand. You start in ready  position, bring your right hand back (while you are doing this you want to step forward with your left foot), When the ball is almost to you swing with the right hand and hit the ball. Make sure to follow through over your shoulder. If you don't follow through then it most likely will go straight into the net.

Backhand-
I think the back-hand hit is harder for me to hit. I think that's because I'm right handed.
So you basically do the total opposite then what you do in the for-hand. You're using two hands. Okay, so the ball is coming at you. what do you do??
You start in ready position, bring both your right and left and back hand back (you step forward with your right foot this time)
and hit the ball following through over your shoulder.
