I bet most of you are thinking what the heck is the worm??
Well, the worm is a trick that you can do with your body, here is a video of me doing it:
So that's what the worm looks like, Here's how you do it!
Step 1- Get into a push-up position (arms & legs stretched out)
Step 2- Put the lower part of your body (from hips down to your feet) flat against the floor.
Step 3- Now upper part of your body against the floor (from your neck to you hips). Your body should be completely flat against the floor.
Step 4- Bend your knees.
You want to kick your feet into the air.
Once your feet are in the air your arms push the rest of you body into the air. Your feet will be the first thing to hit the floor from your toes all the way up your the rest of your body roll down onto the floor. This will give you momentum to get back up in the air when you kick your feet back into the air (keep on repeating these steps).
